Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be outlined in each client agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once planning services have commenced. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the terms specified in the signed service agreement.
Event Changes
Clients must notify Feteva Events promptly of any changes related to event dates, venues, guest counts, schedules, or service requirements. Additional fees may apply for significant modifications to the original scope of work.
Third-Party Vendors
Feteva Events may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors, venues, entertainers, caterers, photographers, and other service providers. While we strive to work with reputable professionals, we are not responsible for the performance, actions, products, services, or contractual obligations of any third-party vendor.
Clients are encouraged to review all vendor agreements carefully before entering into contracts.
